Quick Tips for A Smoother Easter Sunday

Any Sunday in Kids Church can be crazy, crazy, crazy even if you are well organized.  So, image the extreme crazy if you are not organized.  The frustration you feel is and can be also felt by the kiddos and your volunteers.  So here are just a few quick ideas to help with the crazies on Easter Sunday.
  • Make a sign up sheet for volunteers and put it at your Kids Information Station. Email, text, facebook all your potential volunteers inviting them to be a part of the kids' celebration.
  • Make an order of service showing what the day holds.  This helps you and your volunteers know the service schedule and when each event will take place (approximately)
  • Always review the agenda with your group.  A quick run down is always a plus.
  • Most important, be praying over your Easter Sunday.  Not just the day of, but every day leading up to the event.
